This is a lawn dart fin that is designed to slip over a 3/8" fiberglass driveway marker cut to about 12 inches in length. It is designed to slide back and forth like the later version of lawn darts before they were banned. Ad a weighted tip and a end cap to keep the fins on and have fun. You can get the driveway markers at any hardware store...Home Depot, Lowes, Menards etc..
