Instructions are as follows: Use this capsule exclusively with adapter paper filters - avoid putting coffee directly inside the capsule without filteration! Don't attempt to use materials like PLA that will warp or deform when exposed to moderate temperatures; this capsule must be able to withstand a temperature of up to 100 degrees Celsius.
