This model, based on real data, features a realistic setup of buildings and streets in Lausanne, Switzerland. It includes seven building groups that can be customized with various colors, materials, and textures. The groups are controllable through turn-on/off options and are UV mapped with overlapping UVs. Positioned on a flat surface, the model is composed of polygonal quads and tris, rendering quickly and remaining untextured. Compatible with Creative Commons Attribution-ShareALike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license, this 3D model can be licensed for commercial use. The buildings and streets data originate from OpenStreetMap. The total points/verts amount is 498,177, and polygons number 348,473. Formats available include .c4d (native), .fbx (v7.1), .dae (v1.5), and .obj.
