I've got a spare washing machine outlet in my kitchen, courtesy of a long-forgotten installation that never quite saw the light of day. Since I don't plan on using it anytime soon, I figured it was high time someone did something about the constant hum emanating from behind the old drain cover - a sound that's been driving me up the wall for far too long. That's when I decided to whip up this custom plug to block out some of the noise and give my kitchen a much-needed reprieve from the incessant din.
