Launcher Backpack - Scrambler (2015 Science Olympiad)

<p>Parts to launch the ETV (Egg Transport Vehicle) for the 2015 division C Science Olympiad, Scrambler. It should be fully rules complaint but check dimensions before using this design.</p> <p>2015/2016 redesign: To make it easier to launch the cart using a large overhead pulley I created a new topper for the Launcher Backpack known as the Football Launcher (because it reminded me of a set of goal post). I have also created a smaller version of the backpack itself to save print time and plastic.
