(LAUNCHABLE) Marvin the Martian Rocket(C6-5)
thingiverse
This is my upgraded Marvin the Martian Rocket. I've taken what I learned from my initial version and remade it entirely in Fusion 360. This rocket is designed to work with the Estes C-65 engine and is built primarily out of ColorFabb's LW-PLA, a foaming filament that allows it to weigh less than a third of its normal weight, making it perfect for launching. By following advice from my commenters, particularly user WBDunn, I've designed the rocket with separately printable fins for easier printing. This rocket boasts a robust design, confirmed by Fusion 360 simulations, and can withstand drops as long as it has a parachute. I printed this model on the CR-10 S5, but any printer with a decent build size should be able to print it without issue.
