(LAUNCHABLE) Marvin the Martian Rocket(C6-5)
thingiverse
This is my launchable Marvin the Martian Rocket. As I have learned from my first very simple version, I have decided to completely remake it in Fusion 360. This rocket is meant to function with the Estes C-65 engine and is made mostly out of ColorFabb's LW-PLA which is a foaming filament. This allows the rocket to be almost 1/3 of the normal weight allowing it to launch. Using advice from my commentors specifically user WBDunn I have allowed the design to have sepperately printable fins for ease of printing. This rocket features a very strong design as Fusion 360 simulations have shown, and should survive a drop as long as there is a parachute. I printed this on the CR-10 S5, but any printer with a considerable build size should be able to print this. Thank you for downloading and refer to the readme for license, print and paint instructions, and for social media sharing. After reading the file please be sure to share this with your friends or even on social media. Happy Printing, Aidan Villacampa
