Since they're virtually indestructible, you can't even find them in hardware stores - not even at Hornbach, where I had to order them and wait several weeks for delivery. So, I took matters into my own hands and built a cushion from my old toilet seat, measured it, designed it on Tinkercad, and then printed it out with my 3D printer. The second try was a home run, but I also made version three, where the edges of the pins are beveled. Feel free to use or modify...
