You can watch the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zexrf9MhyqA Lattices - Microstructures Lattice structures are designed to optimize functional parts by making them lightweight and strong through complex inner structures. This technology is used in aerospace to reduce fuel consumption while maintaining structural integrity. These structures can also be achieved with metal 3D printing, but they offer a unique design perspective as well. Their beauty inspires architects, fashion designers, and others to incorporate these structures into their work. Here are my experiments with various topologies printed on a Formlabs Form2 using clear UV resin. For those who want to create their own structures, I recommend checking out NTopology (https://www.ntopology.com) - they offer a free tool for that.
