Tooling engineered to fabricate lattice girders and pillars swiftly. I have crafted a design to weld an anchor plate securely to the ground on each pillar, guaranteeing speed and precision, while ensuring all plates are aligned perfectly at 90 degrees. The anchor plate used is a sturdy 4mm thick model, paired with a robust square tube measuring 30x30x2mm. On the other hand, I have developed tooling to weld brackets onto each pillar to provide support for the beams, maintaining a consistent distance from the top edge (40mm). These supports serve two crucial purposes: they stabilize the beam and enable easy fastening of each pillar with an f-clamp, eliminating the need for assistance from a second person.
