The Original Helmet model was downloaded in GrabCAD website and imported to nTopology software for Lattice/Porous designs. The Stl files were generated in nTopology software In this I used Gyroid lattice structure as a Volume lattice and Infill (Shell and Infill body), using this the weight reduced by 48%, 28% compared to original model. The weight reduction helmet can be manufactured by 3D Printing and can used in Military, Construction etc.
