Lattice Heel
thingiverse
This is a stylish wedge shoe design, crafted as a project for Product Design 2 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. With just one additional material - an appropriately sized ribbon - it can be transformed into a fully functional shoe that fits perfectly on the wearer's foot. The shoe's size is carefully calibrated to match the scale of the shoe and the foot it will adorn. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 Resolution: Draft Quality Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: Make sure to double the standard thickness for the top and bottom layers. Use a brim instead of a full raft for this print. With these settings, the print should take approximately 14 hours and 45 minutes. Post-Printing Instructions: Once the print is complete, carefully trim off the excess brim material and any stray plastic strings. Then, thread the ribbon through the shoe's lacing system in an ancient Roman-inspired design for maximum comfort and style.
