Latte Panda Case with Fan and Heatsink
thingiverse
This is my custom PC case design built around the LattePanda platform, featuring a dedicated fan and heatsink setup. I'd like to extend my gratitude to DEL_1979 for sharing this exceptional model on Thingiverse - http://www.thingiverse.com/DEL_1979/about. The fan used in this project is a 50x50x10mm axial type, available at Conrad Electronics - https://www.conrad.at/de/axialluefter-5-vdc-101-mh-b-x-h-x-t-50-x-50-x-10-mm-sepa-mfb50e05-189487.html. For heat dissipation, a 40x40x20mm heatsink is employed, sourced from Conrad Electronics as well - https://www.conrad.at/de/kuehlkoerper-35-kw-l-x-b-x-h-40-x-40-x-20-mm-fischer-elektronik-ick-s-40x40x20-181192.html. Additionally, 30mm and 10mm M3 pins are used for securing the fan and heatsink in place - https://www.conrad.at/de/abstandsbolzen-aussen-und-innengewinde-m3-messing-abstandsmass-30-mm-ia-ms-3-55-30-1-st-526673.html and https://www.conrad.at/de/abstandsbolzen-aussen-und-innengewinde-m3-messing-abstandsmass-10-mm-ia-ms-3-55-10-1-st-526630.html, respectively. A thermally conductive adhesive tape measuring 40x40mm is applied to ensure optimal heat transfer - https://www.conrad.at/de/waermeleitfaehiges-klebeband-03-mm-14-wmk-l-x-b-40-mm-x-40-mm-kerafol-keratherm-kl-90-40x40-181133.html.
