Lathe Electronic Leadscrew
thingiverse
These are files designed by me to complement the Electronic Leadscrew project from clough42. I crafted feedthrough panels that utilize the knockouts in the enclosure instead of cutting a large hole. The gasket is fabricated to match perfectly. I used a laser cutter to cut them out of automotive gasket material, but you could import the DXF into your CAD and extrude it into a 3D object to print with flex filament if desired. I chose not to mirror the brackets for the other side; instead, I simply moved down one knockout hole. I also created a bracket that mounts the control panel box to my DRO using the DRO's existing mounting system. In order to do this, I needed some longer screws - 4x20mm seem to work well.
