Lathe spiders facilitate longitudinal indexing of components within the chuck and perpendicular indexing of thin work pieces relative to the spindle axis or parallel to the chuck face. Printed using .25mm layers in PLA, this design accommodates small parts with diameters as low as 5.2mm; adjustments can be made for varied requirements.
