I designed a device to prevent loose chuck keys from cluttering up my worktable and attracting swarf. The design is tailored for an 80mm chuck, but its fairly snug fit means that larger keys will likely fit just as well. To secure the device to your headstock housing, simply attach it using double-sided tape. This device was printed in Prusa silver PLA on a Prusa MK3 with standard settings of 0.15 mm layer thickness. The design was created using Alibre Design software.
