Lathe chuck drilling guide

I recently acquired a low-cost, 100mm independent 4-jaw chuck for my Lathe. The hole pattern on the chuck was designed for 4 holes, whereas the spindle on my lathe features a 3-hole configuration. I wasn't certain if I could accurately mark out the holes, so I decided to create a simple 3D printed guide to position them precisely. I utilized one of the existing 4 holes to secure the guide with a screw and pilot drilled two additional holes before enlarging them to an 8mm tapping drill size. The guide also helped me guide the tap to start it vertically.
