lathe chuck clamp for small parts

Sometimes I modify or clean-up (FDM) 3D prints on a model maker's lathe. However, sometimes the chuck jaws are set too far back to hold small parts securely. This addition fits over the jaws and enables clamping to the end of ~12mm diameter cylinders closer to the cutter blade. October 2018: Extra STLs with different cut-outs were added, including small square parts equal to or larger than 4mm. A chuck's diameter is 35mm, with jaw widths measuring 3, 6, 10, and 12mm. Not everyone possesses a four-jaw chuck. The clamp for square profiles requires three distinct parts to be printed, labeled as 4A, 4B, and 4C. Parts A and B hold the corners of a square, while part C presses against the opposite flat face.
