Lathe center height finder

This is a tool to set the tool height in a lathe. It can be used while leaving the work in the chuck which is handy in case you have to swap in a new tool in the middle of a job. It can be attached to any cylindrical workpiece between 10 and 100mm by simply wrapping the rope around it and locking the rope in the wedge on the top. The setscrew is used to calibrate the tool and after calibration is done the built in spirit level is used to find center height. Just rest the setscrew on the tip of the lathe tool and adjust until level. It is designed for a 10x35mm spirit level vial and also requires a M3x10mm socket head screw and a piece of 4mm rope. I bought a cheap plastic spirit level and got three vials for $3. Print up-side-down. There is a tiny bit of built in support by the vial that has to be trimmed of, no other support sequired.
