Latest Marlin firmware for BCN3DR

Please share your LCD screenshot as "I Made One"! NOTE: This community-supplied firmware isn't supported by BCN3DR, and I have no affiliation with the company. It's a community-provided firmware, and users should use it at their own risk. The BCN3DR is a nice entry-level Delta printer, but its 3-year-old Marlin firmware hasn't been updated, and BCN3D doesn't seem interested in supporting or developing the printer further. Upgraded firmware for BCN3DR to the latest Marlin version. In practical terms, I ported the stock BCN3DR Marlin 1.0.x settings into Marlin 1.1.5 configuration. UPDATE: Changed thermistor settings to 11 to reduce thermal issues. Please report any issues in the Github repo. Tip: If you get "thermal runaway" or "heating failed" error messages, increase THERMAL_PROTECTION and THERMAL_PROTECTION_HYSTERESIS values in Configuration_adv.h. The stock firmware didn't have this feature, so there were no BCN3D-supplied values to port over. Mine is set at 60/10 and runs flawlessly. P.S. The bezel profile STL supplied is simply a placeholder for Thingiverse publishing purposes.
