This fixture fits ball bearings laterally onto boards, such as plywood or particleboard, working as sideways rollers. Users can customize it for different sizes of ball bearings using a Customizer tool. By default, it is set to work with 16mm boards and 608Z ball bearings, but not all combinations will produce the desired results. The 8mm aluminum axle used in this fixture needs to be sawed into a slot on the side of the board because the design intends for it to rest against the edge of the board, thus reducing the load on the plastic part.
