Replacement latch/clip for Kensington brand sandwich toaster (sandwich press). The original latch snapped when we inserted a sandwich into the toaster that was slightly too thick. We reengineered and 3D printed a significantly improved (and virtually indestructible) latch that allows you to toast three distinct thicknesses of sandwich. We utilized PolyMaker's PolyMide CoPA filament, also known as Nylon 6-like material, to print this part. This will make it substantially more durable than the original and capable of withstanding heat from nearby toast without deforming. An Inventor 2019 file is included if you wish to customize the design.
