Laster-cut Totero clock
thingiverse
This is a laser-cutting design for a Totoro clock that you can easily assemble yourself, including an engraved body ready for painting and a swinging pendulum tail! As designed, it measures approximately 17" tall (+4" for the tail), and 11" wide. The suggested material is 3.2mm birch plywood. It is engraved with lines that make it super easy to paint in whatever color scheme you'd like. It comes as a part of an SVG template ready to cut with Ponoko, and also includes a filled SVG version with suggested color scheme. Besides paint, the only other thing you need to complete the build is a clock movement with 5/16" shaft diameter. I recommend this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LXIRHRC For the hands, I recommend style H-31B if you purchase from the seller above, or choose any other set as long as the minute hand is about 4". You can easily attach the included tail to the pendulum using tape.
