Proposal for A Gambler Location: Albany Park Atlantic City, New Jersey, adjacent to a recreated Temple of Vesta, inspired by Rome's ancient architecture. Project Name: Last Stop (the final bus stop before leaving the island) Marking the inevitability of sea-level rise in 50 years, an honorific seawall will be constructed, creating a "Curiosity" or "Draw" for tourists and future gamblers alike. This landmark feature will serve as a testament to human ingenuity. A Fortune Teller's Space and Wishing Well will be integrated into the design, offering visitors a unique opportunity to indulge in mystique and make wishes. To cater to an underserved community, the site will offer services and programming, including: Farmer's Market: Providing fresh produce to local residents Bus Stop: Convenient transportation for those who need it most Cafe: A welcoming space for socialization and relaxation Lottery: Opportunities for financial growth and community engagement The "ALL WARS" Monument will be situated in a dignified and anchored setting, paying tribute to the sacrifices of all veterans.
