If you're making these, please use hot glue and threadlocker to secure the screws and headphone jack respectively. I redesigned the faceplate and case to allow hot glue over the screws and a recessed headphone jack nut. Also, make sure you're summing the amplifier outputs into the output jack. Otherwise, you're leaving half the volume behind. This is a very specific headphone amp for 10 ohm, low freq response, mono headphones. If you're not familiar with the term "stratojammer," you can still use the 9V holder! Feel free to make as many of these as you want. No secret family recipe or anything. I charge $50 assembled.
