Last line (last breath)

Hello All, This is my submission to the Covent Challenge. The primary objective of this design was to utilize a substantial portion of readily available off-the-shelf components for managing flow pressure and the ratio of oxygen to air. These purchased components are supplemented with some 3D printed mounts. The exterior features a simple sheet metal design to facilitate quicker assembly. The mechanical design accepts inlets from both compressed air and O2 or FiO2, utilizing several electrically operated air on/off valves to control the ratios of intakes that converge before passing through a precision compressed air regulator, which enables pressure control during the breathing process. A final electrically controlled on-off valve is employed for exhaling and reducing pressure to a full exhale pressure. All mechanical components were based on parts readily available from a third-party vendor. The unique items are listed in an Excel sheet within the references. On the electrical side, a touchscreen display, heart rate sensor, and all mechanical components are routed through a Raspberry Pi, which controls the breathing procedure. The touchscreens allow for adjustments of pressures and oxygen-to-air ratios by controlling the inlet valves and air regulator via the Raspberry Pi. Potential additions include filtration of the air and an air-O2 mixer.
