Picked up a Last Gen food dehydrator during a nice deal. Instead of cutting up the trays I'm using them to hold/dry desiccant beads and using these interlocking walls for drying spools. The Last Gen seems to be a cheaper clone of the Commercial Chef CCD100W6 so it may for work that as well.

I printed using 0.3mm layer height settings, 35% rectilinear infill. and no top or bottom layers in PrusaSlicer. That should slice out to 4 layers of mesh - a quick and easy print. You can change infil percentage as you like if you want a finer/coarser mesh. I'd recommend PETG or similar for the heat resistance rather than PLA.

One could make a remix that extends out past the tray's nubs towards the actual wall for a more complete fit. But there are no holes in that area, so aint nobody got time for that.
