My wife adores her compact space heater, but its power knob has been non-functional for a long time. After making several adjustments, I finally came up with a design that fits seamlessly and appears authentic if you match the color to the original one. This solution should work with any fan or space heater featuring a D-shaped post. I've included both versions: the upside-down (vertical) and sideways (horizontal) prints. **It is essential to print it horizontally and use supports**. While it may not be as visually appealing, it will be significantly stronger, particularly due to the twisting around the post that it is designed to withstand. Versions printed vertically would snap after one or two uses, even when made from PETG at 100% infill.
