Laserpointer tripod mount
thingiverse
When using a "standard" laserpointer to build a photolelectric barrier, it is sometimes difficult to position the laser in such a way, that it reliably hits the receiver. With this very small and easy to print mount you can put the laserpointer on top of a tripod and use it´s ballhead to point and fix it in any direction you like. This is for a 15mm OD Laserpointer with the power switch on the back. The hole in the bottom is the core bore for a 1/4" Tripod screw - the thread itselves needs to be cut manually with a thread cutter. (I did not dare to put the final screw in, as my printer is not able to print a working thread of that size.)
