I rebuilt the Hot_Daniel design using 123D Make to prep it for a high-precision laser cutting process. The slots are precision-crafted to be exactly 6.1 millimeters wide. With my powerful laser cutter from the Munich Maker Lab, I cut through a 6.2 millimeter-thick sheet of pine plywood with ease, using just 40% power and maintaining a consistent speed of 10 millimeters per second.
