Crafted from robust 5mm thick polywood and 3mm MDF, this creation takes shape as I skillfully carve out its main structure. To complete the look, I meticulously cut identical 3mm MDF squares to be seamlessly integrated into the framework, thereby creating a striking visual effect with the corresponding 5mm polywood squares aligned to match the overall level of precision. Prior to cutting, each square undergoes a coat of paint, and then its opposite side receives an additional layer of color before being carefully repositioned for laser engraving.
