I observed numerous individuals utilizing 3D printers to create simple masks for hospitals. However, I believe that producing a large quantity of these would be more efficiently accomplished without relying on 3D printing technology. Consequently, I designed a lasercut version of the mask, which consists of three distinct components. The primary body should be crafted from MDF or Acrylic, while the two thinner and longer parts can be made from softer materials like paper, EVA, or leather. To assemble this mask, you will also require an A4 transparency to serve as a shield. I created this project in the hopes that it will enable individuals to contribute their assistance to those in need, particularly medical professionals who risk their lives daily to care for others. These courageous individuals are truly deserving of our support and gratitude.
