Lasercut E-guitar
thingiverse
It's an Open Design electric guitar that lets you cut out lightweight electric guitar parts to build a fully playable instrument. To get started, you'll need a few essential tools and materials. First, gather the necessary components: * A laser cutter * Six toothpicks * Two sheets of 80cm x 45cm x 4mm birch plywood * Two steel bars measuring 51cm in length with 6x6mm dimensions * Two additional steel bars measuring 20cm in length with 6x6mm dimensions * A Humbucker pickup (I used a Gotoh P90) * Two 250kOhm potentiometers from Göldo * A jackplug also from Göldo * A strat-style bridge, specifically the Göldo Hardtail bridge (HW16C) * Three Left and three Right Mechanics, which I salvaged from an old guitar * Twenty-four Göldo Slim Jumbo frets (WS012) * One capacitor * Pyramid E-Strings 011 If you're interested in this project or want to make some changes, feel free to share your end result with me.
