Cut out multiple parts from 3mm thick material. Initially, I used wood for my prototype, but will switch to a different material soon. The material thickness can be adjusted in the OpenSCAD files, and 3mm proved to be the most effective option. To assemble this project, you'll need several M4 screws: four for securing the top part's corners, one for attaching the hinge on the bottom part, one for fastening the bottom part to your handlebar, and finally, one for connecting the bottom part to the top part.
