Lasercut Arduino Mega Box

Initially, I encountered difficulties in transitioning from prototyping on Arduino platform to a more contained device to avoid wire issues for end users. To resolve this, I developed an improved design using OpenSCAD. I began by determining the box's size and importing the Arduino model for proper USB and power hole placements. Additionally, I imported the arduino mega holes DXF file for mounting accuracy. I modified the arduino.scad file to include a Shield() module, representing various shields used. Further, I created another DXF file based on proto screw shield schematics for box hole modeling. The PCB Stand Off Library was utilized to build a snap-in standoff for Arduino. Re-cutting was minimal as the SD card alignment was the only issue. Wooden boxes proved convenient for wire passage and component connection.
