Laserbeak Transformers G1

Laserbeak Transformers G1

thingiverse

This is just a simple remix of quint89 Laserbeak - Simple Transforming Cassette. So, what's changed? Size - Scaled up to a larger size, almost life-size. Body - Removed the Transformers emblem and adjusted the mount holes for boosters and legs, which now fit perfectly. Head/Neck - Moved the Decepticon emblem here. The head also articulates to some degree, allowing for better poseability. Legs - Look more accurate with articulated legs that help grip onto an arm or another surface, just like Megatron or Soundwave does. The pins will need to be adjusted based on your printer settings. It's a good idea to add brim on these pins as they can serve as support and prevent them from falling off when assembled. Thanks for the awesome design! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 PLA Model Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: Print the body.stl with low infill as possible, as it gets heavy when more than 20% infill is used. Pins for the neck and legs might need a bit of adjustment to fit your printer's size. Scale them up as needed. Post-Printing
