Laserbeak - Simple Transforming Cassette
thingiverse
I gave my son my old Soundwave, which he loved, but the cassettes were long gone. So here's a simplified version of Laserbeak to take its place (I wanted to keep it chunky because he's 4 years old). He fits in the gen1 Soundwave. Instructions: Print all 6 parts. The head snaps into place, and it's a tight fit so you may want to trim the end of the pegs slightly. You'll need a short piece of 1/8" rod to pin each wing in place, I used styrene that I had lying around. This is a first go-around so there's some tweaking to do. He requested a transforming bunny next. Edit: Added the guns. Three pieces are needed. Print two of the gun part and one of each booster. Glue a gun to each booster and you're good to go.
