A vacuum former crafted using 4mm MDF has been improved with updated suction and minor adjustments. The vacuum hole measures 44mm in diameter, and is constructed from pieces secured by M3 bolts, washers, and nuts. 'Spikes' of 40mm long M3 bolts are utilized throughout the assembly (as depicted in the 'real-life' image). Black rubber plates ensure a tight seal; however, users can also employ a rubber band technique for optimal results. Enjoy your new vacuum former!
