Utilizing computer-aided design software, molds were expertly crafted, followed by precise laser cutting, which resulted in a proprietary "stack" of polymers. This "stack" was then skillfully laminated and molded into a 3D textured sheet using the carefully designed molds. The finished molded sheet was subsequently placed within the laser bed, where it underwent another precision cutting process, utilizing the same mold files to cut out the intricate contour of the original molded shape. This efficient system enables effortless creation of molds for various applications, including phone covers with custom logos, signage, lettering, and pickguards. The CAD file serves as a versatile tool, accurately cutting sheets according to the unique contour of each original mold graphic.
