Laser Z-Axis Carriage - 8020 2" Rail - LA03-3500 Module

This is a versatile printed Z-Axis carriage compatible with the LA03-3500. It might fit other lasers, although documentation for those machines can be limited, so you're on your own there. My setup features an 8020 1" x 2" gantry, and this carriage is specifically designed to work seamlessly with it. To complete the assembly, you'll need a few essential components that I haven't included in the print: - Four pieces of 608ZZ Bearings to ride smoothly on the 8020. - Four pieces of 5/16 or M8 Bolts to securely attach the bearings. - Four Spacers for the bearings to ensure proper alignment. - One piece of R4ZZ Bearing for the threaded rod. - One piece of 1/4-20 thread rod. - One piece of heat set thread insert. - One Nema17 motor. - One Motor coupler. If you're interested, I might be willing to make adjustments to accommodate different hardware options. Just let me know! I'm still working on perfecting this design and have had a minor setback - my first prototype's print bed broke during testing. Once I've got a functioning model, I'll post photos and additional instructions for your reference.
