Laser-Z-Alignment-Tool
thingiverse
On our last project with our K40 lasercutter we realized that it needs new mirror alignment. Worst mirror was the third one, that is used to reflect the beam perpendicular to the base. In the past we used a lift table, liftable by turning a screw. Problem was, that it was mandatory to not move the table nor the marking paper. Thats why we contstructed this little helper. With only one shot you can see in which direction the laser beam is deflected. Inner diameter ist 40mm, so you can use square ruled paper to align all 3 paperstrips, each of which is 20mm wide, exactly over each other.
