This is a simple tiller end to fit the rudder head on the Laser and adapt it to readily available tubing. It's class legal (no restriction on tiller materials or type) and pretty durable. Pair with 22mm diameter Aluminum or CF tubing (try ebay) to make a complete tiller. 22x20mm CF tubing works great. Aluminum probably would need a thicker wall.
