Laser Mount

Laser Mount

Hi, I've been experimenting with a 2.5 watt bluray laser diode on my CNC 3040T for several weeks now. I figured it was high time to create a semi-proper mount for it that would allow me to easily slip it on and off when needed, while also tidying up the wiring. The laser itself is one of these models: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/372496515390 The connectors used are these 4-pin aviation plugs: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10Pcs-4-Pin-Electrical-Aviation-Plug-16mm-Male-Female-Connector-GX16-Coupler/192772016681?hash=item2ce21b8a29:g:rr0AAOSwt0dcJNLn:rk:1:pf:0 The CNC machine I'm working with is one of these 3040T models: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3040T-4-Axis-CNC-Router-Engraver-Machine-3D-Cutter-Drilling-Carving-Four-Axis/153078204222?hash=item23a42c073e:g:za8AAOSw9KtZeYZE:rk:18:pf:0 Have fun, and remember to be safe! Always wear eye protection when working with laser equipment.
