Laser Module Holder
thingiverse
This project involved creating an L bracket mount for a lunchbox laser light show (http://laserlunchbox.com/LunchboxLaser_08_kh.pdf). I designed the mount in OpenSCAD, customizing it to fit my specific laser module and 5/8" bracket. Although slightly parametric, scaling beyond its intended range may cause issues. Teardrop-shaped holes are included for ease of printing, using a simplistic teardrop module (better alternatives can be found on Thingiverse). If necessary, these holes can be removed by commenting them out. The mount features a small slit and tabs, securely clamped together with a M3 bolt, nut, and washers. Simply print, assemble the hardware, and attach to your desired surface for a successful installation.
