This is a unique fusion of Pawpawpaw85's laser air assist design and the original tactical-x e3d carrier, tailored specifically for a 40x40mm laser module and driver. The precise target is the EleksMaker LA03-3500 3.5 watt Laser led module and driver. The carrier itself is crafted from ABS, while the focus wheel is made from PET-G. Both components require supports and at least a brim to ensure a successful print. It's essential to print the focus wheel according to the STL file, laying it flat on the bed with a support structure in place. This allows the focus wheel to flex and snugly fit onto the module's wheel. If printed upright without supports, the layer structure may break due to its inherent flexibility. Additionally, placing a rubber band around the upper part of the groove, as seen in the photo, will help secure the module's wheel tightly in place and prevent slipping. This modified carrier is slightly heavy for the tactical-x carriage, but given that the laser head moves at a slow pace, vibrations won't be an issue during engraving or cutting. The process is optimized to work with Led lasers, which aren't powerful enough to cause disruptions. The air assist component necessitates a 5015 fan, and you'll need various length M3 screws for assembly.
