Laser Module Air Flow Deflector
thingiverse
The airflow from the laser module tends to blow cuttings around while cutting paper, which can occasionally block the laser beam. The airflow also has a tendency to lift the paper off of the focus plane. This attachment screws onto the (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1982844) laser mount via accessory screw holes to deflect the airflow from disturbing the target area. Unfortunately, this also inhibits the fire extinguishing feature of the laser module, which relies on blowing air. Use at your own risk. There is enough space between the module and the deflector for fingers to fit in order to focus the laser beam. Printing with supports is recommended.
