I purchased a 60W "Big Red" Chinese laser cutter from eBay, which unfortunately arrived without the crucial key required to dislodge the lens. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the bumps on this particular model were slightly misaligned, yet I was still able to successfully remove the lens using it.
