Laser Lens Holder Compatible with ULS X660

I required a shorter focal length lens for our Universal Laser systems laser cutter. The prohibitive cost of the 2.5-inch lens assembly forced us to order a lens and mirror from Light Object and create a holder that fit seamlessly into the laser carriage. I utilized an 18mm ZnSe Focus lens with an F50.8mm focal ratio, accompanied by the 20mm High-quality Si Plated Reflection Mirror. Following printing, I carefully mounted the optics, securely gluing them into place. My initial luck came when I successfully printed at .15mm without relying on supports; however, this did necessitate some meticulous sanding. Initial test cuts yielded promising results, indicating that it functions extremely well. Notably, it produces a significantly more crisp cut compared to the existing 4-inch lens assembly. Photos reveal that the new lens achieved an outstanding circle-cut while its counterpart beside exhibits a faint bevel, resulting from the official 4-inch lens usage.
