Laser interlock (FCCF @ MSKCC)
thingiverse
This is a specific bypass that is required because of a modification of MSKCC FCCF's BD Aria sorters. The modification in question is to have laser light only hit the flow cell only when the sample station is pressurized or in other words when a sample is running. This is done by putting a T-coupling on the line feeding pressure to the sample station and connecting that directly to the interlock. This method works very well for pressures associated with a 70um or 100um nozzle, however the pressure with a 130um nozzle is too low for the interlock to be effective. So for the few cases that the 130um nozzle is used in the flow core at MSKCC, this interlock bypass is used. To be screwed on top of the laser interlock in the lid. Note: requires threading of part one to be able screw on.
