Please scroll down for English translation!Das Honeycomb an meinem Laser hat ein Außenmaß von 400x400mm. Dabei fallen jedoch auf jeder Achse 45mm für den Rahmen weg, sodaß ein Innenmaß von 355x355mm bleibt. Ich habe mein Honeycomb so ausgerichtet und fixiert, daß der absolute Laser-Nullpunkt in der inneren Ecke vorne links liegt, und die Innenkanten parallel zu X- und Y-Achse sind.Um nun ein Werkstück definiert auf dem Honeycomb platzieren zu können, habe ich eine Positionierhilfe gezeichnet und gelasert. Sie hat eine Länge von 355mm und paßt somit genau zwischen die Innenkanten des Honeycomb.Die Positionierhilfe wurde mit FreeCAD gezeichnet und kann somit bei Bedarf angepaßt werden. Diese Datei sowie eine SVG und die Projektdatei für Lightburn sind beigefügt. Da man hier keine *.lbrn2-Dateien hochladen kann, habe ich ein “.txt” angehängt, was nach dem Download entfernt werden muß.Die Schnittwerte in der Lightburn-Datei gelten für meinen Sculpfun S30 Pro (10W) und 3mm Birkensperrholz.
