Laser holder with synta adapter
thingiverse
I've taken cues from mianzel's laser holder and reimagined the design with a fresh take. Every aspect of the geometry has been recreated in Fusion 360, giving everything a more substantial feel. The rings now boast a sturdy cross section of 10mm, while the upright and bed have become solid components rather than hollow ones. The holes in the rings are precision-crafted to accept threaded inserts, which can be melted into place or even hand-tapped if needed. I opted for M3 rivet nuts sourced from Amazon, and after printing at a moderate 30% infill with black PLA, I'm eager to experiment with PETG as well.
